MassiveCert COVID-19 Response

We hope that this communication finds you, your staff, and families well and safe. We have no reported COVID-19 cases at MassiveCert and want to reassure you that we are taking every precaution to maintain the health and safety of our employees, vendors, and clients during this national crisis.
We will continue to provide the same level of support and customer service you have come to expect from us. If you have a rush order or otherwise need additional attention applied to a request, please notify your account manager and they will ensure it is addressed.

Elevation Certificates
Most Elevation Certificates can be completed without face-to-face interaction between you and the Professional Land Surveyor. The professional can calculate their measurements from outside of your home or business and all site visits can be coordinated over the phone. Final Elevation Certificates will be emailed to you for safety and the email copy is valid in all States and Territories.
COVID-19 response plans enacted by some state governments include stringent lock-down actions and we are monitoring these situations and will abide by all State requirements. After you order an Elevation Certificate, we will contact you and inform you of any State actions to be aware of. The US Treasury Secretary has deemed financial and insurance services to be essential during this crisis so we expect our services to be included as essential so you may complete your flood insurance needs.
Flood Zone Determinations
Flood Zone Determinations require no on-site investigation so there is no risk to your safety. Manual research for Flood Zone Determinations could be slightly slower for complicated mapping areas, temporarily, as we observe precautions.

LOMA
